The Commands of Christ

1. “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.”

Matt 6:33

“But seek first the kingdom of God and

His righteousness, and all these things shall be

added to you.”

 

2. “You must be born again.”

John 3:7

‘Do not marvel that I said to you,

You must be born again.”

 

3. “Unless You repent You will

all likewise perish.”

Luke 13:3

“…unless you repent you will all perish.”

 

4. “Receive the Holy Spirit.”

John 20:22

And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.”

 

5. “Follow me and I will make You Fishers of men.”

Matt 4:19

Then He said to them, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."

 

6. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations.”

Matt 28:19

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”

9. “If You have anything against anyone, forgive him.”

10. “Men ought always to pray and not lose heart.”

Luke 18:1

11. “Have faith in God.”

Mark 11:22

12. “You should do as I have done to You."

The Commands of Christ

Matthew 28:18-20

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

 

John 14:15

"If you love Me, keep My commandments.

 

Revelation 22:14

Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.
